Xometry is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to oversee cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support growth in advanced manufacturing. The role involves leading projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with various teams, and implementing operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex operational programs
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams
• Develop and monitor KPIs
• Create project plans and manage budgets
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders
• Analyze data for decision-making
• Champion lean principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or supply chain
• Ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and timelines
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
