Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Case Manager to be part of a fast-moving team solving supply chain problems for customized parts. The role involves improving on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction by tracking orders, providing customer service, applying technical knowledge, and managing supplier oversight.

Requirements

  • Project management, supply chain, and customer service experience
  • 3+ years of related experience (manufacturing/operations preferred)
  • Bachelor of Science Degree preferred (Supply Chain, Engineering, or Technical)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
