Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Case Manager, Business Operations to support customer growth by solving supply chain problems for customized parts. This role involves prioritizing, communicating effectively, and ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction through proactive monitoring and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Improve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Track and monitor customer orders
  • Provide customer and partner service
  • Apply technical knowledge to ensure timely job delivery
  • Assess impact of part rejections and resolve cases
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Document case activity
  • Monitor supplier quality metrics
  • Interface with internal teams
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Project management, supply chain, and customer service experience
  • 3+ years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • Independent work ethic
