Job Description

Xometry is seeking a strategic Enablement Lead to build and deliver training, tools, and communications for their Customer & Partner Support teams. This role focuses on empowering frontline teams and stakeholders to provide world-class service through instructional design, operational understanding, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale training programs
  • Develop training curriculum and materials
  • Own creation and governance of internal knowledge base
  • Lead internal communications for support teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Define and track enablement KPIs
  • Conduct needs assessments and audits

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in Enablement, Training, or Customer Support Operations
  • Experience building scalable training programs
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with LMS and knowledge management platforms
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • High level of ownership and adaptability
