This role focuses on designing and coordinating programs to bring new suppliers into the Xometry ecosystem. The analyst will work cross-functionally to build playbooks, processes, and campaigns to enable supplier growth and effective onboarding.
Responsibilities
Support supplier recruitment campaigns
Develop onboarding playbooks and guides
Coordinate with Ops and Partner Success for efficient onboarding
Monitor program performance and report metrics
Refine onboarding flows based on feedback
Requirements
2-5+ years of experience in program management, operations, marketing, or enablement
