Job Description

The Director, Partner Management is responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing Partner Network within the additive manufacturing category. This role ensures Partner success, quality, compliance, and satisfaction across all U.S. regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Partner lifecycle
• Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain Partners
• Define and enforce category playbooks
• Ensure compliance with certifications
• Monitor and manage KPIs
• Collaborate with Central Functions
• Mentor and guide regional teams
• Act as a subject-matter expert

Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or management
• Proficiency in Google toolkit
• Experience managing multi-regional teams
• Understanding of additive manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Knowledge of certifications (ITAR, JCP, ISO)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel
