Job Description

The Director, Partner Management is responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing Partner Network within a specific manufacturing category (CNC). This role ensures that all regional pods under the category achieve Partner success targets while maintaining quality, compliance, and high Partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the Partner lifecycle
• Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, activate, and retain Partners
• Define and enforce category-specific playbooks
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, JCP, ISO
• Monitor and manage KPIs
• Collaborate with Central Functions
• Mentor and guide regional teams
• Act as a subject-matter expert

Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing operations, supply chain, Partner/Supplier/Account management
• Ability to operate in the Google toolkit
• Proven experience managing multi-regional teams
• Deep understanding of category-specific manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of relevant certifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel (up to 25-30%)
