Job Description

As an Enablement Associate on the Partner Strategy team, you will build the materials, playbooks, and tools that help Xometry’s supplier programs succeed. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with Partner Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure suppliers have the right training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create partner-facing playbooks, guides, and FAQs
• Develop internal enablement materials
• Support program launches with communications and toolkits
• Collect feedback and refine materials

Requirements

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience producing training or enablement content
• Comfortable collaborating across teams
• 2-5+ years in enablement, training, or communications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
