Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Network Manager to cultivate and manage a high-performing network of partners, enhancing their capabilities and driving performance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role focuses on supplier development, quality assurance, and reducing manufacturing variability.

Responsibilities

• Optimize partner performance using data analysis
• Identify and address partner performance gaps
• Create and implement partner certification programs
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program
• Develop tailored training and coaching programs
• Manage operational escalations
• Reduce partner churn
• Lead ITAR conversions
• Conduct on-site assessments
• Maintain training records
• Collaborate with marketing for partner acquisition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 8+ years in supply chain or manufacturing leadership
• Experience with manufacturing and machining
• Proven analytical and strategic improvement skills
• Track record of training and mentorship
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in developing training programs
• Fluency with business applications
