Responsibilities
Support assembly operations
Rework and repair nonconforming parts
Record assembly and rework activities
Maintain organized work areas
Collaborate with quality and production teams
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
Minimum 3.5 GPA
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
Strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to commute to Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD
