Job Description

Xometry is seeking a driven college student for a Quality Inspection Intern position to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The intern will assist with part inspections, documentation, and supporting quality processes to drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections
• Record inspection results and support nonconformance documentation
• Maintain quality records
• Improve inspection workflows
• Maintain measurement equipment
• Uphold Xometry’s quality system

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to commute to Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office
