Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, ID, or related field
• Master's degree or CPTD/ATD certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive L&D experience
• Experience in career architecture and competency frameworks
• Proven facilitation and training delivery skills
• Instructional design expertise
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Learning analytics skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
