Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or related field
• Master's degree or CPTD/ATD certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive L&D experience
• Experience in developing career architecture models
• Proven track record of engaging facilitation
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to use learning analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
