Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and networks
Screening resumes and applications
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems
Generating recruiting reports
Participating in employer branding and career fair coordination
Analyzing business challenges and presenting solutions
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university, graduating Dec 2026/May 2027
Minimum 3.5 GPA
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills
Legal authorization to work in the US
Ability to commute to North Bethesda, MD office at least 3 days/week
