Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leadership and drive strategic talent initiatives. This role will focus on creating high-performance people programs related to career progression, performance, engagement, and managerial effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead HR programs
  • Provide guidance on retention and organizational design
  • Support talent development and succession planning
  • Identify employee engagement opportunities
  • Maintain organizational health and escalate risks
  • Guide employee relations scenarios
  • Implement career frameworks
  • Analyze people data and design staffing strategies
  • Support talent acquisition
  • Integrate DEI&A into programs
  • Contribute to HRBP best practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience, 5+ as an HRBP
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
  • Experience launching talent programs
  • Understanding of people analytics and compensation
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Relationship building and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
