Xometry is seeking a driven college student for a summer internship in Talent Development. The intern will gain hands-on experience in performance management, employee engagement, and project management, working closely with HR professionals to contribute to employee growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management processes
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with talent development project planning and execution
• Analyze employee feedback
• Present innovative solutions to senior leadership

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• Strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to commute to North Bethesda, MD office
