The Manager, Talent Operations will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Xometry's People department, overseeing data related to the employee life cycle and the HR Help Desk to maximize the employee experience.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and development to HR Operations team
Oversee employee life cycle data and processes
Manage HR Help Desk and ensure timely support
Manage and optimize HR systems and technology
Analyze HR data and develop reports
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in HR Operations, 3+ in supervisory role
Strong knowledge of employment law
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
