Xometry is seeking a driven college student for a summer internship in Talent Operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including employee records, benefits administration, and payroll, working closely with experienced professionals.

• General HR Support
• Case Study analysis and presentation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
• Graduating December 2026 or May 2027
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Ability to commute to North Bethesda, MD office
