Xometry is seeking a Product Manager II to own and optimize the customer journey after an order is placed, ensuring a positive experience from order confirmation to delivery and support resolution.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritize post-order roadmap
Collaborate with teams to streamline resolution paths
Work with supply chain to reduce turnaround times
Build features to address customer pain points
Drive data-informed approach using experimentation
Act as voice of the customer
Requirements
2-5 years of product management experience
Experience with B2B or transactional platforms
Experience with order management or support tooling preferred
