Responsibilities
Define and prioritize post-order roadmap
Collaborate with teams to streamline resolution paths
Work with supply chain to reduce turnaround times
Build features to address customer pain points
Drive data-informed approach using experimentation
Act as voice of the customer
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience
B2B or transactional platform experience preferred
Experience with order management/fulfillment preferred
