Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and optimize the customer journey after an order is placed, ensuring a positive experience from order confirmation to delivery and support resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for post-order touchpoints
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer service
  • Work with supply chain and logistics teams
  • Build and iterate on features to address customer pain points
  • Drive a data-informed approach using experimentation and user research
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with B2B or transactional platforms
  • Experience with order management, fulfillment tracking, or support tooling preferred
  • Strong customer empathy
  • Familiarity with agile product development and data tools
