Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and optimize the customer journey after an order is placed, ensuring a positive experience from order confirmation to delivery and support resolution.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritize the roadmap for post-order touchpoints
Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer service
Work with supply chain and logistics teams
Build and iterate on features to address customer pain points
Drive a data-informed approach using experimentation and user research
Act as the voice of the customer internally
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience
Experience with B2B or transactional platforms
Experience with order management, fulfillment tracking, or support tooling preferred
Strong customer empathy
Familiarity with agile product development and data tools
