Job Description

Xometry is seeking an experienced Director/Senior Manager to lead their Technical Account Managers (TAMs). This role focuses on ensuring enterprise customers maximize their technical adoption and utilization of Xometry's platform post-sale, driving customer success and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the TAM team
  • Own technical relationships with key enterprise accounts post-sale
  • Guide the TAM team in solution architecture and value realization
  • Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues
  • Relay customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering
  • Partner with Account Managers for account expansion
  • Develop and standardize best practices for the TAM team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with 3+ years managing a technical team
  • Strong technical background in manufacturing processes
  • Experience managing technical relationships with enterprise clients
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
