Xometry is seeking a strategic Vice President/Senior Director to lead their Sales Engineering team. This role focuses on driving technical pre-sales support, solution architecture, and product demonstrations to enterprise customers, accelerating revenue growth and expanding customer relationships. The position involves close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 12+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience building and scaling sales engineering teams
  • Strong technical background in manufacturing processes
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
