Job Description

Xometry is seeking a strategic Vice President/Senior Director to lead their Sales Engineering team. This role focuses on driving technical pre-sales support, solution architecture, and product demonstrations to enterprise customers, accelerating revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Sales Engineering team
  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies
  • Design tailored technical solutions
  • Oversee product demonstrations and presentations

Requirements

  • 12+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience building and scaling sales engineering teams
  • Strong technical background in manufacturing processes
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
