Job Description

This role involves managing and converting inbound inquiries from customers, understanding their needs from prototype to production, and growing business through strong collaboration and strategic planning within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers
  • Focusing on supply chain and aligning with customer objectives
  • Building relationships with key personnel at client companies
  • Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts
  • Qualifying and converting leads
  • Collaborating with technical staff to meet customer needs
  • Managing data within CRM systems
  • Negotiating contract terms
  • Participating in training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • 2+ years of experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Proficiency in virtual meetings and presentation tools
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strategic sales planning experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
