Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Director of Sales for their Marketplace Services Division to oversee US Account Development teams. This role focuses on driving top-line revenue growth through new business acquisition and conversion, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy and set KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team
  • Optimize sales process
  • Generate inbound leads with Marketing
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Provide customer insights to Marketing and Product
  • Provide sales performance reports
  • Develop conversion strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales management experience with consistent overachievement
  • Experience realigning sales teams for growth
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions under pressure
  • Experience improving and implementing processes
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
