Xometry is seeking a Director of Sales for their Marketplace Services Division to oversee US Account Development teams. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and conversion, developing account strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy and set KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team
  • Optimize sales process
  • Generate inbound leads with Marketing
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Provide customer insights to Marketing and Product
  • Provide sales performance reports
  • Develop conversion strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales management experience with consistent overachievement
  • Experience realigning sales teams for growth
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions under pressure
  • Experience improving and implementing processes
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
