Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and organizing the enterprise accounts team, developing business plans, meeting sales goals, and coordinating with the marketing department. This role involves overseeing team performance, tracking goals, setting targets, and facilitating training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing Account Executive team
  • Coordinate sales and operations to win deals
  • Monitor and motivate team productivity
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) for accurate data and analysis
  • Supervise, develop, and train the sales team
  • Report sales metrics and insights to senior management
  • Develop understanding of ideal customers and tailor sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 6+ years of sales experience, 2+ in management
  • Proven track record in inside sales and new business development
  • Experience in outbound sales strategies
  • Technical sales and manufacturing knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and ROI
  • Dedication to customer service and long-term relationships
  • Ability to train and lead a sales team
  • Ability to work 3 days a week in office and travel as needed
