Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth within high-value key accounts, leading a team focused on building strategic partnerships and maximizing revenue potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account plans for key accounts
  • Maintain executive-level relationships
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor key account managers
  • Manage sales forecasts and targets
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Experience with large annual spend accounts
  • Manufacturing or technology industry experience desirable
