Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth within high-value key accounts, leading a team focused on building strategic partnerships and maximizing revenue potential.
Responsibilities
Develop strategic account plans for key accounts
Maintain executive-level relationships
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor key account managers
Manage sales forecasts and targets
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven track record of revenue growth
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
Experience with large annual spend accounts
Manufacturing or technology industry experience desirable
