Job Description

Xometry is seeking a visionary VP of Sales Strategy to architect the future of their sales organization. This role involves defining and implementing high-impact sales strategies, providing analytical rigor, and driving sustainable competitive advantage to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own multi-year sales strategy
  • Lead market and competitive intelligence analysis
  • Optimize sales performance
  • Align strategy with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations
  • Define sales enablement and tooling strategy
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms
  • Spearhead strategic projects and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or management consulting
  • Proven track record of scaling sales strategies
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and develop data-driven solutions
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and GTM strategies
