Job Description

The Sales Manager leads a team of Account Executives focused on expanding existing customer relationships and driving new business growth. This role involves strategic leadership, performance management, and coaching to achieve revenue goals, while fostering a culture of accountability and results.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and develop Account Executives
  • Set and manage sales quotas
  • Maintain pipeline health and deal strategy
  • Optimize sales operations with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Campaign Management
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and sales tool adoption
  • Maintain team morale and engagement
  • Track, analyze, and present sales metrics
  • Develop understanding of customer segments and competitive positioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years leading a team or managing a sales pod
  • Proven success in outbound sales and new business acquisition
  • Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions preferred
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • CRM fluency (Salesforce required)
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
