Job Description

Xometry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director to build their new Enterprise segment, focusing on delivering the power of Thomas’s audience, data, and digital solutions to large industrial brands. This foundational role involves setting strategy, executing early wins, and building a scalable team and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise sales strategy and operating model
  • Establish initial pipeline, territories, and processes
  • Drive high-value, consultative enterprise sales
  • Develop account-specific strategies and proposals
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Execute strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Lead and manage the full enterprise sales process
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Build a culture of rigor, accountability, and customer-centricity

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Proven success building or scaling an enterprise segment
  • Track record closing complex enterprise deals
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling into manufacturing environments preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the US
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
