Job Description

Xometry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director to build a new Enterprise segment focused on delivering the power of Thomas’s audience, data, and digital solutions to large industrial brands. This foundational role involves setting strategy, executing early wins, and building a team to scale the business.

Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise sales strategy and operating model
  • Establish initial pipeline, territories, and processes
  • Drive high-value, consultative enterprise sales
  • Develop account-specific strategies and proposals
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Execute strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Lead and manage the full enterprise sales process
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Build a culture of rigor, accountability, and customer-centricity

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Proven success building or scaling an enterprise segment
  • Track record closing complex enterprise deals
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling into manufacturing environments preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the US
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
