Job Description

The Associate Solutions Engineer serves as a foundational technical resource to internal teams and external customers, supporting the delivery of manufacturing solutions. This role collaborates with Solutions Engineers and Sales teams to support the sale of manufacturing processes in North America.

Responsibilities

• Support quoting, data organization, and technical documentation
• Assist with internal cost-modeling and quoting-tool development
• Assist with supplier communication and quality document tracking
• Participate in cross-functional meetings
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Answer basic customer technical questions related to DFx

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems, or related technical field
• Foundational expertise in manufacturing principles (CNC Machining, Additive Manufacturing, Injection Molding)
• Less than 3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Experience interpreting Manufacturing Drawings and GD&T
• Strong organizational skills and data management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Driven and self-motivated
