Xometry is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their software engineering organization, focusing on the Post Order/Order Management team. The role involves building and maintaining solutions for the Xometry platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, code, test, and release software
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and IaC
• Cloud Engineering: Build and maintain scalable, event-driven architectures using AWS
• Observability & Reliability: Own operational responsibility for microservices
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and designers
• On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation
• Continuous Improvement: Improve team processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Marketplace product experience preferred
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Experience with AWS
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
