Xometry is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, guide software implementation, and mentor engineers within the Xometry Partner Experience Technology Organization. The role focuses on building solutions to empower partners within their manufacturing marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Write and review architectural plans
• Participate in implementation
• Champion technology adoption
• Mentor engineers
• Perform code reviews
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Marketplace product experience preferred
• Strong full-stack development skills (Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript)
• AWS experience required
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
