Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the teams building and operating platforms powering customer, marketing, sales, and service experiences. This role focuses on customer data platforms, event collection, and attribution services, directly impacting customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable systems
  • Champion best practices like Agile and CI/CD

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ in management
  • Experience with marketing/customer data platforms
  • Strong foundation in software design
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages
  • Track record of managing budgets and teams
  • Ability to connect engineering to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
