Xometry is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on partner experience. This role involves technical leadership, execution, people management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of leading software development teams
• Experience with marketplace products is preferred
• Strong technical expertise in Frontend web technologies (HTML/DOM/CSS, React, Typescript), Python, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
