Xometry is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their software engineering organization, focusing on the Post Order/Order Management team. The role involves building and maintaining solutions for the Xometry platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and release software
• Read, write, and review code in HTML, Typescript/Javascript/React, Python, and Rust
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers
• Operational responsibility for services, including deployment and on-call rotation
• Support individual growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack software developer
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, DOM web programming
• Experience in React, Python, Typescript
• Experience with Git/Github actions, GitLab
• Knowledge of security, scalability, asynchronous programming, and transactions
• Attention to detail, good work ethic, and communication skills
