Xometry is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Buyer Experience technology organization. This senior individual contributor will guide software implementation across multiple engineering teams, influence the broader technology organization, and build solutions for buyers within their manufacturing marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Write and review plans for new projects
• Participate in implementation with the team
• Champion adoption of technologies
• Mentor engineers
• Perform code reviews
• Guarantee delivery of superior software
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Experience with marketplace products preferred
• Strong full-stack expertise
• Familiarity with REST API design, HTML, CSS, and Python
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, and React/Typescript
• Effective communication skills
