Xometry is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Buyer Experience technology organization. This senior individual contributor will guide software implementation, influence the technology organization, and build solutions for buyers within their manufacturing marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Write and review plans for new projects
• Participate in implementation with the team
• Champion technology adoption
• Mentor engineers
• Perform code reviews
• Guarantee superior software delivery
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Experience with marketplace products preferred
• Full-stack expertise
• Familiarity with REST API design, HTML, CSS, and Python
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, and React/Typescript
• Strong communication and leadership skills
