Xometry is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, guide software implementation, and mentor engineers within the Xometry Partner Experience Technology Organization. The role focuses on building solutions for partners to manage jobs, streamline operations, and maximize growth within the manufacturing marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Write and review architectural plans
• Participate in implementation
• Champion technology adoption
• Mentor engineers
• Perform code reviews
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of front end software development experience
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
• Experience with AWS
• Marketplace product experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
