Job Description

Irradiant Technologies is seeking an Instrumentation Engineer to install, integrate, and test electro-optical subsystems for lithography and metrology platforms. The role involves hardware/software integration, prototyping code development, testing, calibration, and performance analysis at component and system levels.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain electro-optical instrumentation subsystems
• Develop and maintain control and test code
• Design and execute test plans
• Set up and automate lab experiments
• Calibrate electro-optical systems and document results
• Debug hardware and software issues
• Create documentation for wiring, interfaces, and procedures
• Collaborate with software, optics, and lithography teams

Requirements

• Experience with mixed hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation and control hardware
• Basic analog/digital electronics and signal interfacing experience
• Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc)
• Programming experience (Python, C/C++)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
