Job Description

Irradiant Technologies is seeking a Lithography Systems Development Engineer to develop and continuously improve lithography printing processes. This role is critical in scaling their 3D nanofabrication platform from prototyping to high-volume production, working cross-functionally with various teams to refine manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize lithography printing workflow
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Design and analyze experiments to enhance resolution and throughput
• Maintain lithography systems and ensure stability
• Collaborate with optics, design, and software engineers
• Collaborate with materials team on new chemistry and materials
• Optimize substrate fixturing
• Analyze process data using statistical methods

Requirements

• Proven experience in lithography or related disciplines
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
• Hands-on experience with lithography systems
• Familiarity with statistical process control and DOE
• Experience with basic scripting (python preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset
