Job Description

Irradiant Technologies is seeking an experienced Project & Operations Manager (Defense) to oversee facility management, operational processes, project execution, and defense contract support. This role requires a strong background in facility management, operations leadership, project management, and defense contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects
• Develop project plans and timelines
• Manage dependencies and risks
• Lead defense and government proposal efforts
• Manage operational deliverables for defense contracts
• Ensure readiness for defense contracts
• Implement ITAR, DFARS/FAR, ISO standards
• Maintain compliance documentation
• Lead facility operations
• Oversee equipment readiness
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, facilities, or program management
• Direct experience with defense contracts and proposals
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong technical and organizational background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• US permanent residency
• Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain it
