Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for the development, code, testing, and implementation of applications and solutions in the Salesforce environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Business Applications teams
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• Designs, codes, and implements Salesforce Lightning solutions
• Creates dynamic and scalable applications
• Drives projects and gathers requirements
• Owns technical aspects of the Salesforce environment
• Works with Change Management on release processes
• Translates functional requirements into technical requirements
• Identifies and resolves bugs
• Oversees deliverables using Salesforce best practices
• Remains current on Salesforce best practices
• Transforms business needs into technical design solutions

Requirements

• Ability to manage large projects independently
• Subject matter expertise in applicable work area
• Adaptability to new technology
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
• Understanding of general business requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce meta-data API
• Strong Salesforce administration knowledge
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong development skills
• Analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive Salesforce configuration experience
