Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for leading the ongoing development of the Salesforce deployment, working with functional leaders and teams to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This role focuses on the configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Business Applications team
  • Research, analyze, and document findings
  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce
  • Handle user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows
  • Complete internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations
  • Coordinate development requests
  • Assist in training new users
  • Act as liaison between users, vendors, and development teams
  • Define and document development requirements
  • Assess impact of requirements on Salesforce and related systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to design and implement processes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201 and ADM211) preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred
