Job Description

The Deal Desk Manager shapes and submits contracts, ensuring internal compliance and deal profitability. This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop, negotiate, and execute contracts, providing guidance and support throughout the quote-to-cash process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to cross-functional teams
  • Research, analyze, and document findings
  • Lead creation/improvements of quote-to-cash processes
  • Assist with quote and pricing generation
  • Assist with contract development, negotiation, and execution
  • Facilitate deal process and communication
  • Triage deal requests
  • Coordinate RFP responses
  • Resolve order processing and ARR discrepancies
  • Provide reports and project status
  • Serve as escalation point

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Project and process management skills
  • Adaptability to new technology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ systems, and Microsoft products
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
