Job Description

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for aligning with partners at the leadership level, building strong relationships, and helping them progress on their transformation journey. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to cross-functional teams
• Research, analyze, and document findings
• Ensure partners maximize value from products and licenses
• Build and nurture relationships across accounts
• Monitor partner usage data and identify growth opportunities
• Evangelize product capabilities
• Develop understanding of partner business challenges
• Identify and address risks to partner business goals
• Act as an escalation point for timely resolution

Requirements

• Ability to manage projects independently
• Advanced knowledge of work area
• Situational adaptability and understanding of new technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Technical acumen and business management skills
• Knowledge of IT Service Provider market
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
